recitatives and Rap. A sensational showcase of flexible time-structures, with a particular emphasis on expressive micro-rhythm, within its own repeating patterns, is kœnig’s musical fingerprint. Kœnig melds Hip Hop with Contemporary- and
Experimental Music, seamlessly. Lukas König embraces his soft spot for Hip-hop without inhibition, nor restraint. Lyrical furor, rough grooves and murderous synthesizer sounds drive the songs. Occasionally very out there, it nevertheless rouses, captivates and infects.
After his self titled debut-EP in 2016 and his first full album “Best of 28” in 2017, more solo-releases are gonna follow up in 2019.
